No. Remindax is a cloud based application. As a customer you receive all product updates instantly with no action required. Our software and all of your data is stored on secured servers in the Amazon AWS Cloud.
Yes. You can always upgrade to a higher plan if you have more expiration dates to track.
You can pay using a Debit/Credit Card or PayPal. All plans are charged on monthly and yearly basis.
Yes they are absolutely safe. We don’t store your credit card details. All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are held by Stripe in their secure digital vault.
You can always upgrade/downgrade your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time you want. There is no long term contract. We don't offer refunds. To change your plan or cancellation, just contact us.
We provide email/in-app support to all users. Paid subscription members will be assigned a dedicated account manager to ensure dedicated support. Our support team is always available to help you through live chat and email.
